How to make savory cabbage soya squares ( kobi soya chya vadya)
Step-1
Grate or finely cut cabbage , add salt and keep aside
Step-2
Grind raw soya chunks with ginger garlic ,chilli
Step-3
Mix cabbage, soya chunks powder, dry spices,ajwain, besan, rice flour
Step-4
Knead lightly ,add little water if needed and make loose rolls or spread mixture on a plate
Step-5
Steam the rolls or mixture spread on the plate for 15 mins ( can microwave for 3-4 mins )
Step-6
Steam the rolls or mixture spread on the plate for 15 mins ( can microwave for 3-4 mins )
Cool it properly and then cut squares
Step-7
Brush oil on nonstick pan and shallow fry wadi / squares from both sides
Step-8
Enjoy with chutney or homemade schezwan sauce
