Ingredients for Sauteed veggies, chicken, chickpeas salad, eggs
- › chicken
- › vegetables
- › chickpeas
- › eggs
Method
1. sauté vegetables- beans, peas, carrots or any of choice
2. saute chicken - 4 mins each side on medium high heat
3. mix chickpeas with tomato, cucumber, lemon, coriander with sprinkle of salt and pepper
4. make sunny side of 2 eggs placed together on the pan
5. ideally cooked on non-stick wares
