Saute Mix Veg
- french beans
- garlic cloves 3-4
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup or purie
- parmesan cheese 20 gms
- kidney beans (50 gms) raw
Cut the vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower,capsicum,beans and asparagus)
Blanch the vegetables and keep it aside
put 5 oil in pan and add finely chopped onion and garlic to it.
once it changes color add cherry tomatoes cut into halves.
Saute for 2 minutes on low flame and add tomato purie. Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and basil leaves (optional)
Add boiled kidney beans and saute for another 2 minutes
Add blanched vegetables and stir it. Cover with lid and keep on low flame for 10 minutes.
It is ready to be served. You can garnish with celery and parmesan cheese.
