Ingredients for Sautéed Veggie Rice
- › Cooked rice
- › Chopped Veggies of choice
- › Seasoning (oregano/ mixed herbs)
- › Butter (10g)
- › Peanut (10g)
Method
1. Heat 10g butter in a pan, keep low flame.
2. Add chopped veggies in the butter, add salt and saute on low flame for 5-7 mins.
3. Add seasoning of choice to the pan and mix.
4. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
5. Take out on a plate and add peanuts. Serve hot.
