Ingredients for Sambhar with 2 ingredients
- › dudhi 200 gm
- › fresh tomato purée 80 gm
- › oil 10 gm
- › curry leaves
- › sambhar masala
- › salt to taste
- › rai
- › jeera
- › turmeric
- › green chilli
- › fresh coriander
Method
1. boil dudhi in pressure cooker then after cool down make a purée
2. temper oil and add spices including curry leaves
3. add tomato purée , cook for 2 minutes
4. then add dudhi purée and sambhar masala along with water . make a consistency as per your choice
5. garnish with coriander and it's ready to serve
