How to make sambar

Step-1

Boil dal ,ghiya and sithfal together in pressure cooker

Step-2

after 3-4 vessel off the gas

Step-3

take a pan add ghee in it and hot it

Step-4

Now add rai saute it 1-2 mint now add onion

Step-5

Stir it and add tomato and all spices in it and saute it

Step-6

After 5 mints add boiled dal in it cook for 15 mints

Step-7

Now add lemon and stir it

Step-8

sambar is ready to eat hot with idly,rice,chapate,dosa.
