Ingredients for SALAD SRIRACHA🥦🍱
- › 3-4 egg whites
- › olive oil
- › vegetables (as per liking)
- › sriracha (sauce as per according to taste?
- › spices
- › oregano seasoning
- › Ginger garlic paste and powder
- › black pepper powder
- › salt
- › lemon
Method
1. 1. Chop vegetables as per availability ( i used broccolli, french beans, bell peppers and egg whites). 2. boil egg and cut them into pieces. 3. In a heated pan, pour olive oil, add vegetables and cover the lid for 2- 3 till it softens. 4. Add spices, salt, garlic ginger paste and sriracha sauce and mix it well. 5. cook it for another 2-3 mins. and add chopped eggs into the pan. 6. garnish it with garlic powder, black pepper. 7. Add lemon juice to it. 8. serve it hot.
