How to make Sabudana Khichdi ( Indore special)

Step-1

Soak Sabudana for 2-3 hours. Or until it’s done

Step-2

Pressure cook potatoes.

Step-3

Roast peanuts on a low flame.

Step-4

Peel potatoes and mash it , Grind roasted peanuts in a mixer, chop green chilli , Green Coriander.

Step-5

In a big bowl take soaked sabudana , add mashed potato , add lime juice , rock salt , grinded peanuts , Red chilli, sugar free ( optional) .Mix it well.

Step-6

In a Heated pan , add Ghee , cumin seeds, green chilli . Add prepared mixture.

Step-7

Cover the lid for 5 mins.

Step-8

Serve hot with Green Coriander Chutney.
