- Sago - 40 Grams
- Peanuts - 10 Grams
- Potato - 30 Grams
- Oil - 4 Grams
- Green chilli - 2-3
- Spices - Salt, turmeric
- Herbs - Cilantro, curry leaves
- Stevia - 1 drop
Soak sago for 5-6 hours or until soft.
Dry roast peanuts.
In a wok heat oil and add chopped green chilli, curry leaves.
Now add the chopped potato and let it cook until done.
Add salt, turmeric, soaked sago, roasted peanuts, lemon juice and stevia.
Mix it well and switch off the flame.
Add chopped cilantro and enjoy with curd 😋
