How to make Sabudana Khichdi

Step-1

Soak Sago for atleast an hour

Step-2

Pressure cook potato , until it’s done

Step-3

Roast peanuts and let it cool down.

Step-4

Grind peanuts in a mixer.

Step-5

Add boiled potatoes , peanuts , sea salt , red chilli , lemon in a Sago.

Step-6

Mix it well and keep it aside.

Step-7

Heat a pan , and add ghee.

Step-8

Add cumin seeds , Green chilli in a pan.

Step-9

Now add sago and mix it well.

Step-10

Cover it with lid for 5-7 mins, or until it’s done.

Step-11

Garnish it with coriander

Step-12

Serve Hot
