- Sabudana (120 gms)
- Boiled Potato (1 medium : 90 gms)
- Green Peas (60 gms)
- Olive Oil (15 gms)
- Green Chilli
- Curry leaves
- Salt (as per Taste)
Boil potato, peal it and cut in small cubes
Take oil in a pan. Add jeera green chillies and Curry leaves. Cook for half a minute
Add potato cubes and cook for a minute.
Then add green peas and let it cook for sometime.
Add salt. and mix
Add Sabudana and mix. Remember to soak sabudana for atleast 3 to 4 hours before cooking. I left it soaked overnight.
I choose it have it with boiled eggs as it adds taste to the eggs.
