Ingredients for Sabudana Khichadi
- › Sabudana : 40 gm raw
- › potato : 20 gm
- › peanuts : 25 gm
- › ghee: 10ml
1. 1. Soak 40 gm sabudana overnight 2. take 20 gm shreded potato 3. mix 25 gm ground peanuts to soaked sabudana 4. add 10 ml ghee to pan/kadai 5. add green chili and shreded potato 6. after saute ing for a minute add mixture of sabudana and peanuts, add salt and cover it for 2-3 minutes.
