Ingredients for Sabudana and cheese balls
- › Cheese cubes(3)
- › Sabudana 60gm
- › Potato 150gm
- › Ghee 5gm
Method
1. Boil sabudana and potatoes.
2. Mix sabudana with potato
3. Add masala and salt as per your choice and make a mixture.
4. Divide cheese cubes in 4 pieces
5. Make a ball of prepared mixture and put cheese cube in it.
6. Apply some ghee on Appe pan and put the ball.
7. Let them get crispy and apply ghee on both side.
8. Serve them hot with chutney.
