Ingredients for Rosted Chickpeas
- › Chickpeas, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, olive oil 2 tsp
Method
1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and pressure cook till soft, now drain and pat dry with towel, thn add all the other ingredients and put on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees c, for 40min. Cool and store in an air tight container.
