Ingredients for Rohu Fry
- › Rohu 600 gm
- › Mustard Oil 15 gm
- › For Marination - 1 lemon, ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,jeera powder,red chilli powder,garam masala - 1 tea spoon each
- › Besan - 10 gm
1. Clean the fish properly and add all the ingredients mentioned above and refrigerate for 20 mins.
2. Shallow Fry the marinated fish in a pan at medium flame.
3. Serve with Salad.
