- › onion and tomato
- › 1 tsp ketchup
- › spices according to taste
- › 15 gm ghee or oil
- › 1 lemon
1. Dry roast soya chunks in 15 gm ghee/oil/butter
2. cut onion and tomato as your preference
3. mix spices , soya chunks, grated soya panner ketchup and lemon
4. you can add nuts or peanuts but add macros of those
