How to make Roasted Soya

Step-1

1. Add 5ml butter/ghee in a frying pan and heat it for a minute.

Step-2

2. Add 50gm soya chucks into the pan.

Step-3

3. Roast it till the time it turns dark brown.

Step-4

4. Turn off the gas and add Maggi masala , mix it well.

Step-5

5. Your soya chakna is ready
