- Rice soaked
- Yellow dal or Chana dal
- Jeera,Salt,Black pepper,red pepper
- Ginger garlic paste (optional)
First put lil ghee in a cooker and heat it. Then add 1 tbsp of jeera to it. You can also add a bay leaf and cinnamon ,but it's optional.If you want once jeera become brown you can add ginger garlic paste if you have.Then to it add salt ,pepper,red chilli powder all half tbsp or less as per taste. Now add rice and dal soaked half an hour ago and add half tbsp ghee again to it. Add water double to qnty of rice and dal and let the cooker give 4 to 5 whistles on fast. But if your cooker is a big one then can leave less whistles. Finally let the steam out n enjoy.
