Ingredients for Rice with Paneer , Capsicum & Mushroom
- › Rice - 80 gm
- › Mushroom - 100 gm
- › Capsicum - 100 gm
- › Paneer - 100 gm
- › Ghee - 10 gm
- › Onion,Whole Garam Masala, Corriander Powder
Method
1. Cut paneer into cubes & add salt ,pepper & chillipowder
2. Shallow Fry (Optional as I can't have raw paneer) Raw paneer can also be used
3. Add ghee in a wok add whole garam masala. Once the aroma starts , add cumin, onion . Once onion becomes translucent. Add capsicum,post 5 min cooking on low flame, add mushroom,pepper powder, Corriander powder & salt along with cooked rice. Post 5 min add paneer & cook with lid closed for 10 min . #quantifiednutrition #nutrition #recipe
