Ingredients for Rice Paneer fara
- › Paneer 100 gm, Rice 70gm, 5 gm ghee ,curry leaves , green chillies, turmeric and chilly powder
- › salt, aamchur powder
Method
1. 1) Make a dough of rice flour by adding a spoon of salt, warm water and grated Paneer to it
2. 2) take one pan half filled water in it , boiled it 3) handroll the dough to give desired shape (fara)and put in the boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes
3. 4) meanwhile prepare tadaka in Pan with 5 gm ghee add mustard seeds ,cumin seed, chopped green chillies ,turmeric powder n chilly powder
4. 5) Add Fara to this tadaka stir it add Aamchur Powder in last for tangy taste and pinch of salt
