Ingredients for Rice Mountain
- › Rice -80gm
- › Capsicum
- › Tomato
- › Onion
- › Soya sauce
- › Red chilly sauce
- › Green chilly
- › oil 10gm
Method
1. For rice - soak the rice in water for sometime and cook it in pressure cooker
2. For veggies- take a shallow pan and add 10 gm oil
3. add onion , sauté for a bit
4. then add capsicum and tomato
5. quickly add soy sauce, red chilly sauce and green chilly sauce and salt to taste
6. stir at high flame and get off the gas before they taste releasing water
7. cool for a bit and voila, you're ready to eat!
