How to make Rice Mountain

Step-1

For rice - soak the rice in water for sometime and cook it in pressure cooker

Step-2

For veggies- take a shallow pan and add 10 gm oil

Step-3

add onion , sauté for a bit

Step-4

then add capsicum and tomato

Step-5

quickly add soy sauce, red chilly sauce and green chilly sauce and salt to taste

Step-6

stir at high flame and get off the gas before they taste releasing water

Step-7

cool for a bit and voila, you're ready to eat!
