- Rice 20gm
- Milk 300ml
- Cashew and almonds 10gm
Rinse and soak rice in Water.
Take 300ml milk and boil it in pan on medium heat.
After milk begins to boil add soaked rice in it.
Simmer and cook rice on low heat. Do stir in intervals.
Simmer till the rice is almost cooked. Then add stevia powder, cardamom powder and nuts.
Add Saffron to the mixture.
Continue to cook till rice grains thikens.
You can have it hot or chilled 😋😋.
