How to make Rice Flour Dosa
Step-1
I have shared the link of the masala uttapam below. However here is my tweaked simple version:
Rice flour: 50gms
Water: 70gms
Curd: 16gms
Salt, pepper,turmeric and coriander to taste.
Mix everything, if you add less water like given in the link you can make uttapams, but with more water you get the rava-dosa-type texture like in photo.
Pour a ladle full to the tawa, I added no ghee/butter, you can if you want to. Close a lid and cook on medium flame. Flip and cook for the other side.
This yielded around 3 dosas..yummy yummy😋😋
