Ingredients for Restaurant-Style Aloo Paratha
- › 1 Potato (approx. 80 gms)
- › Wheat Flour - 60 gms
- › Ghee - 10 gms
- › Spices - Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Saunf Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Amchoor
- › Green Chilli - 1
- › Fresh Coriander
Method
1. Boil the potato in a pressure cooker with 3 whistles at high flame
2. Make the dough from the wheat flour
3. Mash the potatoes and mix all Spices, Green Chilli, and Fresh Coriander
4. Make the dough into a thick chapati and put all potato mixture on it. Close the filling by closing it from all sides. Roll into a thick Paratha
5. Use ghee to cook the paratha well
