How to make Restaurant-Style Aloo Paratha
Step-1
Boil the potato in a pressure cooker with 3 whistles at high flame
Step-2
Make the dough from the wheat flour
Step-3
Mash the potatoes and mix all Spices, Green Chilli, and Fresh Coriander
Step-4
Make the dough into a thick chapati and put all potato mixture on it. Close the filling by closing it from all sides. Roll into a thick Paratha
Step-5
Use ghee to cook the paratha well
