How to make Thai Red prawn curry

Step-1

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok on medium heat. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds Then add Red Thai curry paste. Stir in coconut milk . Cover and cook for 5 minutes

Step-2

Add prawns and cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes until prawns are cooked. Then add coconut milk and veggies for 4-5 min

Step-3

Switch off the gas and add few drop of lime juice and basil leaves. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve
