Ingredients for Thai Curry🍛 with herb rice.
- › 100gms chicken Boneless
- › 50gms zucchini
- › 30gms carrots🥕
- › 30gms broccoli🥦
- › 30gms mushroom🍄
- › 15gms thai curry paste
- › 100ml coconut milk
- › 5gms oil
- › 10gms butter
- › 200gms steamed/boiled rice
- › 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- › 3 to 4 kaffir lime leaves
- › some lemon grass
- › salt to taste
Method
1. Mix the thai curry paste with the coconut milk and cook on medium heat for 2 mins.
2. Add the chicken and vegetables and half a cup water.
3. Add some lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves.
4. Cover and cook for about 8 to 10 mins.
5. Boil rice, add the mixed herbs and butter. mix well.
