Ingredients for red cabbage salad
- › 100gms Brocolli 100 gms baby corn 200gms red cabbage 100 gms red onion 100 gms red peppers 100 gms carrots 200 ml water 3-4 pods of garlic 15 gms almonds 10 gms oil (any) Salt n pepper to taste
1. The vegetables are 30-40% boiled ( the stock water can be used to boil rice or eat as soup). The onions and garlic needs to be sauté. Then peppers can be added with other vegetables. Once done finish with some almonds flakes (optional). Serve hot. Serves two
