Ingredients for Rava Soya uttapam
- › rava - 40 gms
- › soya flour - 50 gms
- › curd - 100 gms
- › veggies - Onion, tomatoes, green chillies -2, coriander - all finely chopped - 150 gms
- › ghee - 8 gms
- › spices - cumin powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste
Method
1. soak rava in cure for 30 minutes
2. add all the ingredients and spices add water to adjust consistency
3. spread ghee on tawa and spread the batter evenly to make a thin uttapam
4. roast evenly from both sides
5. tadaaa.....crispy spicy healthy rava uttapam is ready 😁
6. this qty makes approx 5 uttapam.
