Rava idli with sambhar
- Semolina- 50 gm
- Mix daal- 45 gm
- Butter- 10 gm
- Veggies- 100 gm
Toast semolina flour with cumin, mustard seeds and salt.
Add water, vinegar and soda to it
Grease the idli maker and steam for 15-18 minutes
Boil daal and blend it. Saute in butter with sambhar masala and salt and veggies.
Put idli and sambhar and garnish with cilantro
