Raspberry Yoghurt Parfait
- Granola - 20 Grams
- Raspberry - 20 Grams
- Greek Yoghurt - 60 Grams
Heat rasberry in a pan with 1-2 drops of stevia on low flame to make berry compote
In a shot glass, layer half of the granola.
Now add half of the yoghurt as second layer.
Add half of the berry compote.
Repeat layering of granola, yoghurt and berry compote.
Freeze it for an hour and enjoy yummiest healty dessert 😋
