How to make Rasmalai
Step-1
First mash the paneer till it becomes soft and can be made into a dough. Then make small balls and keep it aside.Take some water and boil it..add stevia as per taste,add the paneer balls in the boiling water.Once the paneer balls absorbs the water and increases in size,throw the water and add the milk, boil it for some more time to thicken the milk. You can add some stevia or sugar free at this stage again(I did not as I like the mild sweetness)
Add a couple of saffron strands for the colour and your healthy rasmalai is ready :)
