Ingredients for Ramen Bowl
- › Egg -1
- › Panner - 50 gm
- › Noodle Wheat - 40 gm
- › Broccoli - 50 gm
- › Garlic - 5 gm
- › Red Spring Onion - 20 gm
- › Mushroom - 50 gm
- › Sesame Oil - 10 gm
- › Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
- › Chilli Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
1. Boil mushrooms and Vegetables in water. Season it with salt and black pepper.
2. After simmering it for 30 minutes, add chili oil, soya sauce, chili fakes and sesame oil.
3. put boiled noodles in a bowl, add stock and Vegetables.
4. top it with a runny egg( boiled for 6 minutes).
5. garnish with chili flakes and spring onions.
