Rajma stuffed Paratha
- Chilli powder
- Any spice of your choice
Take boiled rajma and dry it and then mash it.
Add onion(optional), spices
Take a dough and stuff it in.
Roll the stuffed dough
Add the flatten paratha to a pan
Apply ghee/butter/oil on both side and cook until done
Here I have used 10gm Rajma and 30gm Wheat flour and 5gm Ghee.
