Ingredients for Rajma Salad
- › 30 gm Pre soaked Kidney beans (Rajma)
- › 40 gm Soya Chunks
- › 100 gm Cucumber chopped
- › 40 gm White onion fine chopped
- › Dry spices (pepper, chilly powder, chat masala)
- › 25 gm Grated Cheese
- › Salt
1. Pressure cook the Rajma and soya chunks along with salt for 3 whistles.
2. In a mixing bowl mix together all ingredients along except cheese.
3. Take in a seving bowl . Garnish with grated cheese and herbs.
