Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list200 grams Rajma soaked overnight and pressure cooked in water till soft
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnions 100 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listTomatoes 200 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients list3-4 cloves of garlic 1/2 inch ginger
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 tsps of cumin, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves , 3 cardamom and 1 bay leaf
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt , turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil or vegetable oil 27 grams

Direction

Step-1

Take a blender jar and add onion , tomatoes,ginger garlic, green chilli, cumin , cloves and cardamom to it and blend it like purée

Step-2

Now heat oil in a deep pan and add bay leaf , cinnamon stick to it

Step-3

Add masala purée and then salt , turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala and roast it for 15-20 minutes on medium to high flame

Step-4

Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking and once it becomes brown in colour , add boiled rajma and water about 2 cups

Step-5

Let it boil for 5-10 minutes and serve hot with rice
