Ingredients for Rajma Muli Chat
- › Boiled Rajma - 1 Cup
- › Radish (Grated) - 2 medium sized
- › Tomato - 1 large size
- › Green Onions -3 to 4
- › Rock Salt for Taste
Method
1. Soak the Rajma overnight in water, in morning drain the water and cook the Rajma in a pressure cooker till it gets soft. Take Tomato, wash it and chop it in to small pieces. Take Radish and grate it Take green onions and chop it in to small pieces. Take one bowl add Rajma in to it, then add the above ingredients. Sprinkle salt on it as per taste or requirement.
