Ingredients for Rajma chawal one pot
- › Rajma 25 gms (boiled)
- › ghee 10gm
- › soya 40 gm
- › rice 35 gm
- › green vegetables
Method
1. temper ghee
2. add spices like mustard seed, cumin, curry leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic
3. add green vegetable, rajma, rice, soya chunks
4. add water and salt
5. close the cooker lid and simmer it on low flame for 2 whistle
6. enjoy your meal
