- Rajma - 50 Grams
- Rice - 50 Grams
- Tomato - 60 Grams
- Onion - 30 Grams
- Garlic - 2-3 close
- Spices - Salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, rajma masala
Soak rajma overnight and Boil it until cooked.
Puree onion and tomato separately.
In a wok heat the oil, add cumin followed by finely chopped garlic and onion paste.
Once onion gets brown add tomato puree.
Add spices and let it cook until oil separates.
Add rajma and little bit of water as per desired consistency.
Enjoy it with cooked rice 😋.
