Direction

Step-1

Soak the kidney beans overnight.

Step-2

Pressure cook them for few whistles.

Step-3

Saute chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes and add spices.

Step-4

Put the sauted stuff in the pressure cooked rajma and mix well. Add some garam masala and chopped coriander to it.

Step-5

Prepare rice in a handi/cooker.

Step-6

Your rajma chawal is ready.
