Rajasthani Patod Ki Sabji
- Curd - 100 Grams
- Besan - 50 Grams
- Spices - Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, Cumin
- Oil - 4 Grams
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric in besan.
Add water and srir to get pouring consistency.
Grease a plate with a drop of oil and pour besan batter and steam it for 10 mins.
After steam, cut it it with knife in small square shape.
Now heat oil in a wok, add cumin, turmeric and cut pieces of besan.
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and little bit of water and let it boil for 5 mins.
Now beat curd and pour it in wok.
Keep stirring till one boil, adjust water consistency.
Enjoy 😋 it with chapati or rice.
