- ragi 100 gram
- jaggery 20 gram
- cardamom 1 no.
- ghee 10 gram
collect ragi which is soaked in water for 6 hr.
Drain ragi and grind with 100 ml water after
sieve the extract and collect slurry
add jaggery in the solution
start heating on slow flame with continuous stir for 10 minutes add cardamom powder
once texture of slurry changes in the form of cake or dough then remove from heat
apply 1 teaspoon ghee on plate and spread equally.
let it cool and then cut into pieces
