  • Recipe Ingredients listEgg: one whole
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil/ butter/ ghee :5 g
  • Recipe Ingredients listStevia/ jaggery powder as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listHoney: to drizzle ( optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listMix seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking soda : 1/4 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listPomegranate seeds: for decoration

Direction

Step-1

Beat one egg nicely

Step-2

Add rawa & ragi flour & keep aside for 5-10 mins

Step-3

Add water if required to form batter like idli batter consistency

Step-4

Heat mini uttapam pan , brush oil / butter/ ghee

Step-5

Add stevia/ jaggery powder as per taste

Step-6

When pan is ready, add baking soda to batter & pour it in the pan

Step-7

Cover with the lid for 2-3 mins

Step-8

Turn & fry the other side properly

Step-9

Drizzle half tsp honey for that glossy look

Step-10

Decorate with some mix seeds & pomegranate seeds
