- Ragi - 80grams
- Rice - 40 grams
- Urad dal - 30 grams
- Soya Seeds - 25 grams
- Methi Seeds - 15grams
- Poha (Thick) - 10 grams
Wash and soak all of the above expect poha for 5-6 hours.
Wash and soak poha for 15 mins.
Grind all of the above to a fine paste with water.
Add salt as per taste.
Let the batter rest for 4-5 hours.
If you use a good non stick pan you don't even need oil for this Dosa.
