  • Recipe Ingredients listUrad dal - 30 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya Seeds - 25 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listMethi Seeds - 15grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listPoha (Thick) - 10 grams

Direction

Step-1

Wash and soak all of the above expect poha for 5-6 hours.

Step-2

Wash and soak poha for 15 mins.

Step-3

Grind all of the above to a fine paste with water.

Step-4

Add salt as per taste.

Step-5

Let the batter rest for 4-5 hours.

Step-6

If you use a good non stick pan you don't even need oil for this Dosa.
