Direction

Step-1

Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it. Bring the milk to a boil. Add stevia according to your taste.

Step-2

Lower the heat to medium and keep stirring and scraping the sides of the pan. Cook the milk for 30 to 40 minutes, till it is reduced to quarter.

Step-3

Transfer in a serving bowl. Garnish with almonds.

Step-4

Either serve hot or chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

instead of scraping sides you keep on sticking it more and do all the scraping when ur Rabdi is almost done.. it will taste n look even more better
