How to make Rabdi
Step-1
Take a thick bottom pan...add one tbsp water and milk
bring it boil
reduce flame and let it simmer till milk reduces to one fifth of original quantity
Add grounded cardamom..add some stevia powder as required....Garnish with chopped almonds...
