Ingredients for raagi dosa
- › Ragi
- › Rice flour
- › Semolina
- › Onion
- › Corriander
- › Green chilli’s
- › Salt
- › Pepper powder
Method
1. Mix one cup of Raagi flour with one tablespoon of rice flour and semolina each, Add onion Finley chopped ,coriander, finely chopped green chillies and salt and pepper powder Add enough water to have a runny consistency, Pour the batter on a hot griddle and let it get cooked till crispy on each side
