Quinoa Sprouts mix
- mung sprouts
- groundnut (optional as high in fat)
Rinse quinoa in plain water. Boil quinoa for 15-20 mins. It should be swelled with water. Brush your cooking pan with olive oil. And saute sprouts, peanuts, peas for 3-4 mins. Then add boiled quinoa in pan. Add salt and chilli. Mix nicely. Cook for next 5-6 mins. And it's ready. Serve with curd or any dal.
