- Quinoa(raw) - 60g
- Kidney Beans(raw) -50g
- Amul Paneer -70g
- Sweet Corn, Green Peas, Onion, Mint Leaves, lemon
- Salt, Turmeric, Pepper Powder
Soak kidney beans over night and boil them in cooker.
Soak quinoa for 20 minutes.
Add any vegetables you want to quinoa and cook it. Once cooked let it cool for sometime.
Cut paneer into small pieces and put them on frying pan. No oil required.
Add pinch of salt and turmeric to paneer and let it fry for few minutes until paneer starts turning color.
In a big bowl add kidney beans, small cut onions, green chillies, mint leaves, fried paneer and quinoa.
Add lemon juice and salt as per your requirement.
