  • Recipe Ingredients listSweet Corn, Green Peas, Onion, Mint Leaves, lemon
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt, Turmeric, Pepper Powder

Direction

Step-1

Soak kidney beans over night and boil them in cooker.

Step-2

Soak quinoa for 20 minutes.

Step-3

Add any vegetables you want to quinoa and cook it. Once cooked let it cool for sometime.

Step-4

Cut paneer into small pieces and put them on frying pan. No oil required.

Step-5

Add pinch of salt and turmeric to paneer and let it fry for few minutes until paneer starts turning color.

Step-6

In a big bowl add kidney beans, small cut onions, green chillies, mint leaves, fried paneer and quinoa.

Step-7

Add lemon juice and salt as per your requirement.
